Rip frames from videos from the command line.

GetFrame is a program to run from the Windows command line (from the MSDOS setting) that lets you rip frames from the video you indicate. In other words it does a graphic format capture of that video.

Those captures from GetFrame can be saved in JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or BMP format, but it doesn`t stop at individual frames, because you can also rip set fragments of the video and save them as other independent videos in the following formats: AVI, MPEG, WMV or even MOV (from Quicktime).
